01Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to FSO Prep at fso.practly.in, an HPSC Food Safety Officer exam-prep web app made by Practly and operated by [Registered business name] (“we”, “us”). By signing in or buying a plan, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the policies below.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be 18 or older. You declare this at sign-up.
  • You sign in with Google. Mobile OTP sign-in may be added later.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share, sell or lend your account.
  • One device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the first one.
  • Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your FSO Prep account.

Plans and payments

FSO Prep plans. Coupon FIRST1000 gives 10% extra off for the first 1,000 paid students (FIRST100, 20% for the first 100, has ended and counts within the 1,000). The coupon applies after the launch discount: on the ₹1,999 launch price for Prelims, and directly on the MRP for Prelims + Mains, which has no launch discount. One coupon per account; final price rounded down to the rupee. See the offer terms on the home page.

  • Payments are made through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Fair use and anti-copying

FSO Prep is for your own exam preparation. You must not:

  • use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated access;
  • use AI tools or AI agents to copy, extract or reproduce content;
  • share your account or sign-in with anyone else;
  • take screenshots or recordings and share or sell them (screenshot leaks);
  • try to break, overload or get around the app’s security.

Every screen carries a watermark with your name. If we detect misuse, you will be signed out, and your account may be suspended without refund.

Content and copyright

MCQs, notes and model answers on FSO Prep are Practly’s copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation while your plan is valid. You may not copy, publish or sell them.

We check content against official sources, but it may still contain errors. If you find one, report it with the Comment option on that question or page.

Answers you upload remain yours. You allow us to process them to check your answers, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

AI answer checking

Mains answers are evaluated with the help of Anthropic’s Claude API. Scores and feedback are indicative only. They are not official marks and do not predict your HPSC result.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing, scraping or leaking content. You can stop using FSO Prep at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limits of liability

FSO Prep helps you practise. It does not guarantee selection, a rank, or any marks in any exam. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using FSO Prep, from errors in content, or from the service being unavailable for a time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City for jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

02Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can get a full refund only if both conditions below are true.

  • How to ask: write to [Support email] or WhatsApp [WhatsApp number] with your registered email and Razorpay order id.
  • How you are paid: approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
  • When: within [5–7] working days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.
  • Cancellation: a plan is one payment that stays valid until the exam. You can stop using it any time. Outside the refund window above, stopping does not give a refund.

03Delivery

FSO Prep is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

  • Access starts right after your payment is confirmed. You use it at fso.practly.in by signing in with the same Google account.
  • Access lasts until the exam your plan covers.
  • If your plan is not active after payment, write to [Support email] or WhatsApp [WhatsApp number] with your order id or UTR.

  • FSO Prep and Practly are independent. We are not affiliated with the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC), the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) or the Government of Haryana.
